|Recommended: YesBeautiful Apartments Great Location — My husband and I live in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath, double garage floorplan. It’s open, spacious, and has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and wood floors. Both bathrooms have double vanities granite countertops . Large balcony with storage closet is a plus. Additional balcony off of other two bedrooms is a nice touch as well. The double garage is large enough to fit our 2 small suvs plus storage. Lots of trees and greenery surround the premises. Very quiet and great location. Staff is very friendly and response time for maintenance has been very quick. Grocery store, UPS, and Starbucks are right up the street. Very pleased with our choice to live here.

|Recommended: YesA Very Pleasant Place To Call Home. — We have been living at the Pavilions for almost two years and wanted to offer a very positive review for the complex and staff. It’s clear the entire Pavilions staff take great pride in their jobs. The office staff is always attentive and cheerful and the few repair requests that were submitted online in the evening were dealt with effectively and politely the following day. The maintenance staff Benny and Scott , have been amazingly prompt, professional and courteous every time we have interacted with them. The pool area is a standout feature at the Pavilions. It’s well designed and landscaped and is definitely a cut above what we have experienced elsewhere in Abq. The water is crystal clear and a comfortable temperature and the landscaping and lounging areas are always immaculately clean and well maintained. We would like to say a special thanks to the staff, especially Benny and Scott that quietly does such an amazing job at making this a pleasant and comfortable place to call home. We have truly enjoyed living here.

|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Beautiful And Safe To Walk Around In — The apartments are very nice and located in a low crime area. This is a quiet community where everyone is friendly and the staff are very helpful.

|Recommended: YesBeautifully Maintained — We have lived here since February 2019, and have found it to be a pleasure. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the grounds are immaculately maintained. We love swimming at the pool the area is kept tidy, and it's a wonderful place to picnic, as the Ramada has a refrigerator that keeps your food quite cold while you are in the pool.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Location, Helpful And Capable Staff, Friendly Environment — Apartments are roomy and well designed. Community is very pleasant and welcoming to new residents.
Very nice landscaping, lovely trees and colorful bushes. Looking forward to the fragrance of lilacs blooming in the spring.
Love having the convenience of a garage.

|Recommended: YesNe Luxury — Good luxury apartment complex. Especially competitive pricing for 2 bedroom layouts. All units have garages. The complex is pretty quiet, but is a little louder for units on Academy Rd. Common area amenities are very nice.

|Recommended: YesLots Of Space, Nice Amenities, Good Value — My wife and I have been here for 8 months and have enjoyed living at Pavilions. The pool, hot tub, and gym are great and rarely crowded. Having a garage has been a special treat that makes my friends jealous. Noise from the upstairs neighbors can get annoying at times but they have a young kid so we just try to laugh and wonder what they’re up to. Maintenance is prompt and the office makes picking up packages easy. All said....We will likely renew here if we stay in town Come check it out

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I've been living here 12 years now and I've seen some vast improvements since Cottonwood Residential Management acquired it. The property looks so much nicer now and I love the updated amenities. Also the maintenance service is by far the best I've ever seen out of all the places I've lived in. Great place to live
